Yeah but it's pointless delisting players who won't give you a draft pick with points value.

Roughead is contracted beyond next season. You think Cox and JT are going to stay on? No chance I would have thought.I disagree. I think the 3 mentioned in Greenwood, Roughy, and Mayne could be coming to the end of their tenure.
Beyond them there are a few who have been at the club a while but haven't established themselves. Of course they could do so in 2021. That group includes Tohill, Lynch, Sier, Murphy and probably Wilson. I doubt we'd turn all of them over, in fact I expect more than a few of them will have strong impacts at senior level in 2021, or be strong VFL contributors awaiting an opportunity. I'm quite bullish about our list post the trade/draft period.

He's 18 and clearly doesn't have a mature AFL standard physique in terms of core strength or muscular development (not that he would be expected to at this stage) and yet he tips the scales at the 194cm / 101kg.
Some examples of mature-bodied AFL KPF's for comparison (numbers taken from footywire):

and the list goes on...
Callow has an immature physique and is clearly lacking in that respect in comparison to literally any of the players listed above and yet his weight is up there with the bigger specimens. Feel free to compare him side by side with any of the players listed above (or any other established similar-sized KPF's on an AFL list) if you still think there isn't a marked difference.
Based on those comparisons he does appear to be carrying too much weight (note I'm not saying he's fat, but he is heavy for his size) and, given the concerns about his athleticism that have been reported pretty widely, it looks like he needs to both lose weight and improve his functional strength rather than just relying on weight (increased athleticism will likely come with that change) if he's going to make it onto an AFL list.

They were talking about extending Cox’s contract (less per year more overall) for another year in the trade period, so I expect him to be at Collingwood in 2022, hopefully as depth.Roughead is contracted beyond next season. You think Cox and JT are going to stay on? No chance I would have thought.
It wasn’t just a link, it should have appeared as a labelled YouTube video. It’s not his fault it didn’t display properly on your screen.Instead of just adding a link, can you add a comment on what it is so I don’t waste my time
Thanks.

If it displayed properly for you, it clearly says draft highlights. Literally nothing wrong with what Dave did, just because you can't work it out.
The video is clearly labelled Liam McMahon: draft highlights.

LOL.... How do you know he hasn't??Can't believe he hasn't sired a dozen kids.
I don't want to jump on the bandwagon for another season. We really don't know how these guys are going to perform at AFL level and there is no point in talking them up the way investors do shares on the Hot Copper forum. What looks good at a lower sporting level does not necessarily translate into excellence when matched against class players. To be fair there are still plenty of fans who would vividly recall Grundy/Broomhead/Kennedy and Scharenberg/Freeman as being recent false dawns for the club.
We need these selections to yield difference-making players.
Don’t be surprised if Reef has a better than expected 2kmI think all of WHE, Brown and Thomas should be feeling pretty nervous. In addition to McReery, Macrae and Henry are both very capable forwards. Reef too, although I think he’ll be a slower burn with his current endurance.
Ooooh, I was wondering how long it would take for a tanking conspiracy to arise!Don’t be surprised if Reef has a better than expected 2km
I’m not saying he tanked, just had a bad day, we all do!Ooooh, I was wondering how long it would take for a tanking conspiracy to arise!
Sorry to disappoint you but noSo I can’t be bothered going through the 20 pages that were from draft night. Did Matt_352 melt the way I imagined he would when Cox and Reid both got taken by the Bummers?
Don’t be surprised if Reef has a better than expected 2km
Ned Guy has bad... fortnights.I’m not saying he tanked, just had a bad day, we all do!
Even so, we have 1 x second and 3 x thirds?hard to imagine it continuing next year given changes to NGA priority access in the 1st round after this year for clubs other than the northern academies.
We actually have another potential NGA that sits outside the top 20 next year in Dib, so 2 spots for draftees and 2 rookie elevations is perfect unless we need extra points for Daicos and have to open up another spot.Even so, we have 1 x second and 3 x thirds?
We’ll need a spot for Daicos, so we create four spaces, match for Daicos, use up our picks with points value and then elevate three rookies. We’d be hoping that at a minimum Keane and Wilson have come on by then, and would have used up their eligibility by then anyway from memory?
I desperately hope against hope that we invite Callow to train with us this summer, but I know I’m going to be disappointed. Not a whole lot of Big man stuff in that, couple lead and marks and a lot of sitting on own stuff. It's the biggest stain on Dekka's career outside picking small crumbing xfactor types is picking quality KPFs.
