Seriously are we frigging stupid or what? Why in the hell weren't we talking to the Suns about this?

Pick 27 would have a very useful pick to have up our sleeves in a number of ways.

This sort of failure to act now has me looking forward to another 8 days where we will probably do nothing apart from sit on our hands, maybe get screwed in a pick trade on draft night (which we'll describe as "good value") and then have a very vanilla draft because we simply aren't proactive enough to get sh*t done.

Yeah I have to admit, that’s ****ing infuriating. We should have been working our bums off to get those kind of value picks.

Our 2021 3rd would appeal to the Suns more than the Cats, can someone please take a run down to the Holden Centre and check if there is anyone working.

That does seem like another good deal for the Cats. Although pick 27 is likely to be more like a 3rd rounder once pushed out and the 3rd rounder back is tied to Melbourne not Geelong.

We won't be trying to get into the second round until after a Reef bid I'd say, what's the point otherwise? Pick & points just get eaten up.

By the time Dogs, Swans and Port have matched bids on their guys, potentially Lions and Hawks too, our later picks are going to have a bit more value

I say with Trades of High Draft Picks they be on teams waiting to see IF there Player they want is there at the Pick or Not then Decide to do the Trade or Not
