Hopefully we can get Callow he could play next yearmain prospects ive liked from what I've seen and read are
Reef obviously, Logan McDonald, DGB, Zach Reid, Nik Cox, Will Phillips, Bailey Laurie and Jackson Callow.
Lions will match.Happy to throw a bid at a kid like this if we get the opportunity and have the picks. Haven't seen him mentioned in any of the power rankings to date that I can recall.

Lions will match.
His older brother Kiedan debuted for them this season, and this one they wil want.
I've seen him play in some QAFL game this season (by seen, i mean on YT live stream( and he looks like a good prospect.

On the road to the draft, Cal Twomey mentioned that Reef will slide past our first pick. Likely a bid to come in the 2nd half of the second round.
Yeah, I'd look for a small forward that can crumb. Another tall would be nice. And need another forward. I'd look into Callow or or Lord.No doubt but I'd be happy just to force their hand. If we can land a pick (hopefully a KP type) before we have to match McInnes, then secure Mcinnes, then I think either developing tall depth or small forward should be our priorities.

Yeah I took note of that too. Thought he said a bid in the mid 20s or so. Would be nice if that was the case as with a discount a pick in the 30s would secure him. Also surprising from Twomey as he always seems to pump our FS/NGA up higher than they usually go.

he did say that its not necessarily his worth just where he thinks a bid could come. Probably to do with so many talented kids in this draft and a lot of them have been playing and pushed themselves ahead.Yeah I took note of that too. Thought he said a bid in the mid 20s or so. Can’t remember where I saw it, but someone said his back might actually be pretty bad.Wow that’s a pretty huge slide if true
His back is better. I watched an interview with him recently that said it had to do with a growth spurt. That his back stress was completely healed and he was looking forward to footy this year. Can’t remember where I saw it, but someone said his back might actually be pretty bad.
Didn’t he say in an interview posted a page or so back that his back was fine now? Can’t remember where I saw it, but someone said his back might actually be pretty bad.
Would qualify under Buckley’s ‘hybrid tall’ requirements too.yeh, he is the tall that will fall in our draft range who I would go for. The audacity to take the set shot from 50 on his left shows his talent

He just doesn't scream Key forward to me. He looks like he would be an outstanding ruckman but it will take him years to develop that chicken bone body, Callow for me, would come in next year and have an immediate impactyeh, he is the tall that will fall in our draft range who I would go for. He’ll be a pie Dave, nothing surer.Hopefully in the Black and White
Sorry mate haven’t read it, just remember reading something not long ago. With all the shit posted on here though lately I could be muddled upDidn’t he say in an interview posted a page or so back that his back was fine now?

It's funny you know but viable key forwards don't seem to be standing on every street corner you see.Cox looks like a CHF to me, especially with that kicking inside 50, whereas I think Callow could play closer to goal.
After all these years is it too much to ask for us to take two key forwards in a draft?

Great. Aside from the one that fell in to our lap and was then turned in to a defender, we haven’t found a viable key forward in the draft for 14 years. Keep rolling your eyes gramps, our drafting for talls has been undeniably shitful. It's funny you know but viable key forwards don't seem to be standing on every street corner you see.
For a team to find 1 viable key forward in 4 or 5 years of drafting is a good outcome.
