I reckon it makes sense to target two key position players and spread our chances of having a hit. Especially when both Cox and Callow are dual position players. We could develop them either end.
Add Lord to that and perhaps another mid and/or small forward and it has the potential to be an amazing draft

I think he is smaller than blair
So is Kysaiah Pickett and Caleb Daniel. What’s your point.

I wonder if we would be a chance to get Jackson Callow? Looks ready to go to me, would play seniors next year and still growing I believe. His hands are like glue
I like him and judging by most power rankings he’ll be available late. If we got the Dogs first a draft of Cox, [insert midfielder here, McRae?] Reef and Callow would be ideal imo.

If Elijah Hollands happens to fall to our first pick do we take him? He is an absolute freak and probably the best player in the draft but then there is that knee

In a heartbeat. Knowing we will get McInnes gives us the capacity to take a greater chance on a quality player with injury issues. Hopefully we can trade our 2021 1st for another pre-McInnes 1st round pick which would only reinforce that.

Don't know really, just wondering if it would make a difference

I remember that being the thinking with Scharenberg and Freeman draft.
To be fair, Scharenberg’s feet issues were fixed by the club with zero issues in his first year. It’s not like he came with an ACL or anything.

it will be interesting if they get pick 2 also, will they take both Thilthorpe and McDonald?
I think they’re looking at another WA kid who’s close to McDonald if they get pick 2 as compo. Similar to what the Suns did with Rowell and Anderson.
