Never felt like they were really in it to me, Tiges have just kept them at arms length all game. Saints have been plucky though and they won't be too upset at their year finishing like this.

Agreed, and that is not something you would say about most of Richmond's players.

It felt very similar to our game against the Tigers. Scoreline not doing justice to how competitive it was but at the same time never really felt like the Tigers would let us or the Saints get in front.

Yeah Richmond have more gears than just about any team I can ever remember watching in my life. I'm sick of them but they're something special unfortunately.
