they have ahd what i would say so far an "easier" run, wait and see bit early to talk favorites for any team imo. GC rnd 1 then Adel, Freo to date don't exactly scream quality opposition.

They lost to a top 4 contender away by 2 points.
Richmond lost by 30 odd to team who didn't make the finals last season and I don't see their fans calling the season. It's ridiculous.

The problem is, there is no VFL to get match practice.
They'll stop, get spooked/distracted, get ahead of themselves and won't be able to get it done when it counts, with or without Howe.

Agree with everything you've said and if you read my stuff, I've never (and never will) predict "Flag Favouritism" or anything else when there are two teams in the one contest. One thing I'll say about the GWS last quarter was WE did have shots to win the game so "struggling to hit the scoreboard" might be a stretch....Bad Kicking for goal however has always been Bad Football.
And yet we were in front at Quarter time, level at half and within a kick at 3/4 and fulltime......yeah we were dominated!

On some of the posters in here’s logic, Richmond are wooden spooners now, in fact if Collingwood lost to st Kilda some of the posters here would want the club folded
