I have one, but I only use it for convenience as a lot of places are cashless, and I top up the balance when I get paid so I don't get hit with interest charges.

Honestly, if we want to get into the debate about credit cards, they're the best and only way to get a credit score (at the beginning). You can just have to make sure not to let them charge you interest. The problem is with credit scores imo.
If you were Stack you should already be paying someone to manage your money imo. So I'm on MarkP side with this, no reason for a guy on a few hundred thousand to have a card declined.

Is it bad I use my credit card to pay off my other card and then use that to pay off my car loan and given I sold the car and kept the money to pay off my other card am I in in any type of trouble?
