Anyone else cheering ever Swans goal like a Saints one?

The on thing I would caution in is the wind, it’s really significant.

This quarter with the Dees having it at their back obviously the key.

I often barrack for the Swans anyway but even moreso today.

The wind is a big factor, if the Swans can go into 3 quarter time still holding onto a lead they should win.

Dees look tired and flat. The short turnarounds make tipping so hard this year. Looks like there could be plenty of upsets to come.

fu** off Melbourne you campaigners. Play one ******* gamed it's against us.
They'll only ever be this lily-livered white collar team of pretenders. It'll take a generation to implant some grit into this sap of a club. They are the club personification of a soft aristocratic idiot who won't ever become useful until he spends 10 years in a Philippino prison debasing himself to the point he's forgotten who he was.

If that Why Saints Didn't Pick Petracca HS article hadn't been published the day of the game, the demon Luis Suarez lookalike wouldn't have revved himself up for us and the result would have been as expected: they've reverted to type now.

Oh well, can't complain too much, we got Richmond when they were still getting out of bed. Just how it goes.

Swans should win from here.

Melbourne's only goal in that quarter was from a soft 50m penalty and they will be kicking against the wind in the last quarter.

The wind doesn't look to be as much of a factor as it was in the first half though.

Why are people making a big deal about last week. No wonder we are still pissed off taking paddy over petracca. That’s gone. Finished. Over.

Because we'd have nearly locked in a finals spot and I wouldn't have melted like ice cream in the sun.

Because if we work on one game we will always want someone back at one time. We know he can play. We also know he is very inconsistent. It’s to hard to set up a side when he plays because he doesn’t follow game plans and can be very good or most likely very bad.
And randomly turn around and quell all the momentum with a backwards kick to half back

Sounds like someone who needs solid mentoring.

We gave him away as a packet of chips, I'd still prefer to have on the list even if he doesn't play every week.

Hill has also been very inconsistent or consistently ordinary and hasn't put a game together of that quality yet, but he cost us acres plus a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th rounder.
