might not have crowds or just low cap on crowd numbers. but CFB still has bands. hope they get in to games closed to public.

I can't remember if my university announced if it was letting its band in for the first game of the season (fans aren't allowed, for sure), but I know that they (my university, not universities in general) typically count the band in attendance numbers. I guess we'll see once teams with no fans allowed start playing.
