Pretty ordinary round of games. MSaints Chiefs maybe the pick but Taysom is not going to be Mahomes. Very ordinary games.
Disagree, theres a handful of very interesting games....

Bills Broncos....broncos shown they are very tough, could be a tight finish Broncos way causing playoff implications

Bears Vikings....both still in the WC hunt so this will be huge, whoever loses most likely out

Lions Titans....watching Henry wreak havoc on a poor Lions run D for another 200+ yard game

Texans Colts will be a close open game, Colts losing and Titans winning would throw that division back open

Patriots Dolphins....pats still have a WC chance and if the Bills lose and Dolphins win, could set the stage for that last rubber between Bills and Dolphins. Dolphins if they lose could fall behind in the WC race

Niners Cowboys....playoff implications in the NFCE, should be another tight game

Seahawks Washington about the equal marquee game of the week.

Buccaneers Falcons....div rivalry game, will be close, bucs cant afford to lose, falcons at home

Eagles Cardinals....big playoff implications for both teams, Cards for the WC, and Eagles for the div and we saw the Eagles dish it up against the unstoppable Saints, so theyre now a very good team, and Hurts will be fun to watch

Chiefs Saints....obviously the best game. Saints could easily beat them and if that happens the Chiefs could lose the #1 seed in the AFC, very important for whomever claims that, Steelers or Chiefs, that team likely to go thru to the SB

Bucs special teams is screwed for this week. I'd imagine that going for it on 4th down/going for 2 will look a lot better to them this week

depends is they are on the list for testing positive or contact tracing and can come back off. but it might be a good week to get the Falcons.

still nothing showing up for 7 this week. but looking at the announcers 9ers/Dallas and Jets/Rams look most likely. but could be a coin flip for the late game since there are only 3 and the only good one is on ESPN

Bears/Vikings this week will likely be a little more entertaining than the week 10 borefest at Soldier Field (19-13 Vikings). At least the Vikings offensive staff should realise that a game plan without featuring Jefferson/Thielen and Irv Smith is likely to fail. The Bears were solid against the run until Hicks left the game and therefore Cook should be given a light work load this week.

The Bears have been revitalised with Trubisky back behind centre and would have to be favoured this week - the Bears +3.5 line looks very tasty.....

On a side note - apart from OL, DL, DB and Special Teams problems, the Vikings look pretty good! ;)

Yeah most NFL games are good, give me a s**t NFL game over a s**t AFL game any day of the week, but just saying match up wise with teams in contention it’s not as good

I think AFL has really struggled with change of tactics last couple of decades and just can’t find an adequate solution.

NFL had issues of defences dominating suck as early 90s with too many 6-3, 9-6 games. Favour passing teams too much probably now but have kept the essence of the game and made it entertaining.

Soccer has issues with VAR and interpretations on penalties/offside/handballs but again keeps essence of the game intact.

Rugby Union which I don’t know much about tried to fix things when penalties dominated too much, not sure if they’ve succeeded.

But yeah AFL when you get those shitty chip pass games just become near impossible to watch. An it’s lost a lot of its essence, the high marks, the one on one battles. Zone defence has a lot to answer

Id rather watch Jaguars vs Jets than watch an AFL semi-final
Easy easy mate, you’re getting carried away. I said a s**t NFL game > s**t AFL game

Tbh i cant stand watching afl games anymore, find the game boring these last few years, far more interested in the NRL. Please accept my apologies.

You found the game boring because your Blues were on Friday Night Footy every other week doing their very best imitation of the Browns circa 2016.

NFL removes crap teams like the Cowboys for the Browns to entertain the world—AFL should never have aired Carlton in primetime—ever.

;)
