I disagree, he showed true genius letting a generational qb rot on the bench until being forced to play him due to injuries.

Had he been able to keep him on the bench another couple years TB wouldn’t be in Tampa right now.

Josh Allen is the reason why this teams offense has taken off , not Daboll.

Allen honestly should be right up there with Rodgers in MVP discussions.

Why? Allen's improvement has come through his own hard work creating better mechanics for his throwing motion. Nothing to do with Daboll. JA is the complete package.

Daboll will be exposed when he doesn't have a QB as talented in so many ways as Allen to work with.

Don't underestimate the influence of Ken Dorsey on Allen's improvement this year. He was also Newton's QB coach in his MVP year.

If Daboll goes, I sure hope Dorsey gets a promotion.

Agree. Allen went from one of the worst to one of the best. Coaching matters. People often give credit to the players, but then give blame to coaches for the same thing -- gase ruined darnold, etc

Since when do OCs reconstruct a QBs throwing motion and improve a QBs accuracy and decision making?

Its not like the patriots haven’t done that before.

Will Josh Allen play next week? I think the Bills might be locked into the #2 seed regardless of next week's results. What they do will potentially massively impact the play-off chances of at least 3 different teams (Phins, Colts and Browns at least, plus potentially Titans and Ravens)
