Did they just draft best available, rather than on needs? And not only that, they took Hately knowing Green was coming the very next year as a higher end big bodied inside mid.
Baffling stuff
Or Jones!i’m hoping we snag Poulter...

I know he's done 2 ACLs but Baldwin might be there.
Newchurch is not that much better than a rookie pick currently. Edwards is a pick in the late 20s to 30s.??... but if we spend a pick in the 20’s on hately in trade week and newchurch or edwards gets bid on around pick 15-20 then we get hately and them..

Not sure I'd bother with Jackson at all is my point
Hill didn't impress me at the nationals. They used a relatively early pick in 2018 on Ian Hill, but he's shown very little since a decent debut game. Ironically Hamill is one they really could have used.
EDIT: beaten by Scorpus
Makes it easy to rebuild when you have access to top 5 picks for free year after year regardless of your ladder positionBlakey and McCartin seem to be going ok, but yes they will want to add.
Miles ahead of us in every respect though. Well run club.
Hopefully not us. Don’t need another tall forward if we get McDonald. Midfield X factor please .2 ACLs, local kid, normally you'd hope to get this guy as a rookie and hope he comes good. Draft Central still rate him a first round chance. Wonder who pulls the trigger on him.
I think that’s a bit simplisticMakes it easy to rebuild when you have access to top 5 picks for free year after year regardless of your ladder position
Go watch him play, nothing he's shown this season suggests 1st round pick worthy. The only people I'm hearing downplay Newchurch are posters on Bigfooty. Draft Central rate him a smokey in the first round and Rendell said similar.
Who should I believe?
Pretty close to the money but, Heeney, Blakey, Mills in recent times and an absolute beauty again this coming draft in Braeden Campbell, not only 1st round but top end draft talent.I think that’s a bit simplistic
He’s the Shaun Tait to Izak Rankine’s Wasim Akram.Go watch him play, nothing he's shown this season suggests 1st round pick worthy.
Good lord what’s up with GWS, did they have a camp to address their shithouse grand final performance or what?
hope they continue the shitty performances.
The Crowd numbers were reduced to 5461. There is noise that the allocation to GC was quite high. How many people are they allowing?
I’m waiting for the alice springs announcement to see how many they let in. Given not much is seated.
Do you really need to ask? Bigfooty. The only people I'm hearing downplay Newchurch are posters on Bigfooty. Draft Central rate him a smokey in the first round and Rendell said similar.

Ok that’s slightly under Traeger Parks capacity. The Crowd numbers were reduced to 5461. There is noise that the allocation to GC was quite high.
Maybe the loss of Nicks effect.Didn't they just extend Cameron’s contract?
Why? We’re they worried someone was going to poach him?
I'd suggest late 30s to early 40s likely rangeGo watch him play, nothing he's shown this season suggests 1st round pick worthy.
They're obviously a well run club but this also gives them a big advantage.I think that’s a bit simplistic
