GOOD VIBES ONLY.

Fitness & Health
We had a shocker this year. There is the well-covered topic of off-season surgeries. The bad luck shouldn't continue. For the players who were mismanaged, we have the hope that Burgess will come in to sort it out.

Coaching
We have to keep the faith that Goody and his new colleagues can turn it around. The issues this year are blatantly obvious but it just felt like at times, we couldn't get continuity with our best players to reset mid-season. Hardwick and Buckley both managed to reset in the middle of their coaching, and now look at them.

The players we have...
We still have Gawn and Oliver who are freaks. Lever & May, if fit & with continuity, can make up two key pieces of a backline that is brilliant on paper. There are many more who should return to form or get better.

...and the players we might get
First round picks can do damage right away. If we nail pick 2/3, it could be immediate star impact. Then if we can add another player like Langdon, we've suddenly stacked our team with the extra talent we need.

Joel Smith can't be out with a groin injury forever. 2020 will be the year he plays 15+ games and become a Fritsch style player up forward. He's fast he can mark and he has an uncomplicated and efficient set shot for goal. In Joel we trust!

I'm still under the idea that this season was a blip due to fitness/injury. Back to top 4/6 next year with a healthy list, easier draw, etc.

Mini cleanout to drop the non-existant depth, draft and attract some FAs and OoC players and we'll be fine!

Can’t predict what teams will do next year but double up games should be a lot easier.

Goody to rework the game plan (I hope), a strong pre season ,- bit of luck with injury and we could easily jump back into the 8.

Fritsch and Hore the only positives for me this season. Hore looks like a good replacement for Hibberd and Fritsch kicked 20 goals from about 8 games up forward.
