I think its important for players to get their time away.
I get they are well paid to play a game.
I get they can always do more.
I want to win flags every year.

But with the pressure and scrutiny that the game brings now... a 5th year player not turning up for the 1-4 year training schedule is ok for mine.

But then when its go time... they must be ready.

Thats the trade off IMO.

Provide you are happy at the club most can't wait to get back, the mate ship and training is a real Adrenalin rush.

It's a sad time for me as I played footy with a body like steven had last year at saints......sad as no over weight players anymore the chubby player is gone forever lol


Bring back the Galloping Gasometers!
 
Our 2020 list just oozes with the potential for melts post selection every week,that's a good thing it means we have options,tough s**t for the mods though the discussion in here will get heated with jumper punches being thrown everywhere,bring it on.
