bears had extra in the cap
Bears had players from the merger with Fitzroy also.bears had extra in the cap
geelol never back to backed and dank was there juicing them up
hawks was in the compromised draft era and they only ever beat interstate witches hats on the G
Richmond's is the only real dynasty and the only one in history that includes a season with ZERO home ground advantage in the season .
we would have won the flag in 95 with plugger and back to backed the next year with Richo and plugger and Northey at the helmBrisbane's three-peat cheesed me off no end. All the advantages the AFL let them get away with as an expansion club and a few years earlier Richmond were denied the services of a full-forward (for another expansion club).
That description fits West Coast literally perfectlyWhinge Coaster (he of the blasphemous name) on why they have no young midfielders:
"You can't have everything. You can't have a settled side that's won a flag and also played finals six years in a row and also have a bunch of great young players already established. When you're theoretically "in the window" with an experienced side, you're not going to have as much youth coming through."
Okay. So Richmond hasn't played finals six years in a row. Does seven out of eight count? And three flags instead of one?
Didn't McGovern take 0 intercept marks that week after taking 50 odd in the previous 3 or 4 games?WC lost Kennedy that game thanks to Noah, but still had Brander as cover. Ryan kicked a few, but caught old Eddie disease and tried to fly for too many speccies. Darling kicked a few as well, but was intent on drawing frees.
Really, they should move Kennedy on for Allen (I thought Richmond would take Allen, but the club settled on CCJ instead). The Weagles' forward line is not that dynamic and their backline was exposed with McGovern's intercept game being shut down.
Don't see them on the winner's podium again for a while. Going to struggle if they have to hub in Victoria. It would be Whinge Coast overdrive.
Beat port adelaide (top team) on their home deck to get into this years granny.
Winning from 13th confirms us as the greatest team of all time.I really savour that 2016 flag
Who are you and what have you done with Shazza? Making too much sensebears had extra in the cap

Ah this flog is back, since when were GWS a dominant H&A team, thier highest ever ladder finish is 4th & the yr they made the GF they finished 6th on the ladder... They have only ever finished above us on the ladder once, which was '16 when any half decent side also did
Well when you don't make the Prelim stage you still get a better pick than those those that do, had they not sold the farm for Kelly they may have some kids coming through. What they are basically saying is once the older brigade slow down they'll fall off a cliff with no kids coming through...Whinge Coaster (he of the blasphemous name) on why they have no young midfielders:

Brisbane has never finished top or dominated a H&A season yet were still one of the greatest teams we have ever seen....
It goes deeper than that, 1 prelim stage appearance. They took the 1 chance they have had. That description fits West Coast literally perfectly
Finals 2015-20
1 flag
That was the year they had 2 home finals and played Colliwobbles. Arsey flagIt goes deeper than that, 1 prelim stage appearance. They took the 1 chance they have had.

It doesn't get enough attention.I really savour that 2016 flag
Carlton.... yes.we would have won the flag in 95 with plugger and back to backed the next year with Richo and plugger and Northey at the helm
afl stopped 2-3 Richmond premierships and didnt do Essendon and Carlton for salary cap breaches in their flag years
Cats are often finish high on the ladder but can't win finals. A team has to be peaking at the right time. Not us in 2018 despite finishing on top...old mate must rate our 2018 season our best, top after home and away.Brisbane has never finished top or dominated a H&A season yet were still one of the greatest teams we have ever seen....
Some real hot-takes from Rampage here, and where the faark did Rohan Connolly come from? and secondly why does he give a faark? Twitters a weird place.
2020 Lions finished 2nd, on 14wins equal to Port. We tripped over our bootlaces and when we stood lo and behold we were 3rd on the ladder. But Great to have finals against Lions & Port meet Geelong on a neutral venue and win the flag.Brisbane has never finished top or dominated a H&A season yet were still one of the greatest teams we have ever seen....
