Because the 100 minutes of football played for the club each week makes up about 3% of the time a player spends at the club most weeks?

There's a lot more to players standings at football clubs than what they do on the field each weekend.

For all we know Dunn could be as revered as Pendlebury around the place for the way he conducts himself, trains, helps out etc.

It was certainly enough for the club to label him a legend after 33 games in 3 years as a 30+ year old.

Universally loved at the club. Says a fair bit that he was given an assistant coaching role with the AFLW team in 2017 while still playing.

Not often would someone like him slipped to pick 40 ish

Yeah equalization right here. A team finished bottom 4 gets early picks.

There was positives and negatives of North getting demon's 1st rounder.

North has 2 top 10 picks and pick 25. North needs quality youth. Definately need that gun key Forward and elite mid and could nail both of them with those 1st rounders

Don't know if they will trade a Future 2nd or 3rd rounder to try and get another good kid to develop.
