Ablett or Selwood deliberately elbows an opponent in the head and gets off as just a "reflex action." Any other player gets 4 weeks.

McLachlan gets his Perm done at least twice a week and is generally a massive disappointment regarding well, everything.

Some opposition clown will kick 5 goals against us and never touch a footy again.

Eddie McGuire to cry over nothing at some stage.

Brownlow: Don't know
Coleman: Top 6 full forward with the best draw

So, you’re saying we’re going to win the flag, then...?

No not at all, but I'm not saying we wont either. That would require a good run with injuries, and that is something I struggle to compute the probabilities of. Only the LDU, Jy, Goldy, and Zurhaar predictions would correlate to a flag tilt, but only if brown, higgo, tarrant, cunners, ziebell etc remain healthy. But yes, I am excited by the prospect of improvement of youth, if we can maintain keep/get mature guys on the park, not to mention if we can get BJ, Hall, Tyson, and Bonar firing and playing to their potential, are pretty handy inclusions over and above the back end of 2019 team performance.

Craig H will announce on a Monday night “that it’s the biggest news story going around” at some stage

Worsfold dumped by the Bye

The shortened half time break will be a failure when the Monday morning calls appear on 3aw regarding queues for toilets and food blah blah

Something average will happen on Roving Brian that will question its continuation

It will be 9 degrees on GF Day

I think it's going to be another very even year with not much separating the top 8 and numerous teams near the bottom of the ladder still getting 8-10 wins. The top 3 above are my clear top 3, but any of the teams 4-7 could do some real damage in finals if they head in with form and confidence. Any of the teams 8-13 above I could see making finals but not doing much if they get there. The others I can't see making finals and Gold Coast a clear last.

Premiers - North Melbourne

Norm Smith - The Bull with 6 goals and 7 game ending injuries.

Coleman - Brown (I do actually think BBB will win it this year. Whilst Larkey and Zurhaar will hopefully kick more goals themselves which might cost Brown some goals, they will also take the focus of defenders meaning Brown won't be tripled teamed anywhere near as often. Hopefully this will also lead to a much higher team score for the year and a push up the ladder.)

Brownlow - Tim Kelly

North B&F - Simpkin

Interesting that a fair few on here expect big things in 2020 and that Scott did his very last presentation and what ended up the final nail in his coaching coffin by stating we need another rebuild.

For mine I'm thinking 14 wins but NFI where that would place us at seasons end.

You would think 14 wins would place us in the bottom of the top 8 somewhere depending on our %

Ok, here’s the tip.
ive been in Melbourne working at VCS in Carlton the last couple of days. This morning as I was walking along faraday st, I was thinking about north and how we’d go this year. Exactly then as I was crossing the road, the first car I saw had the number plate 1NM.xxx
Regardless of the fact I work in the scientific field and don’t normally put much sway in mumbo jumbo,
that my friends is as good an omen as you can get! I’ll lay down a pineapple on our premiership tomorrow.

ps, maybe it means we finish on top of the ladder. Whatever. Toot toot!
