ITB runs down the side of the knee. I had an over pronation problem which caused mine to start rubbing against the knee and I couldn't run more than a few km before the pain made it too uncomfortable. Orthotics solved the problem but I had to lay off running for a few weeks. Given Ah Chee is on an AFL rehab program though, he will probably be recovered by the time I've finished this sentence.

Was that injury associated with the hips being out of alignment??
