Looking at more as a depth option, maybe not recruited with expecting him in b22 but told “if you play well, will give you a shot”
We need mature players as a plug/temp standin and depth until the kids are playing well (hopefully if gets picked up by us, doesn’t play a game, but have to at least have a warm body there)

I'm fine with letting guys like Polec, Brown and Higgins go but if Cunners, Goldstein or Tarrant go... I'm going to struggle to accept that level of tearing up in order to rebuild.

Hope it's all bullshit. Carlton and Melbourne were great examples of what a rebuild looks like when you don't have experience to help the younger guys through.
