Does anyone think there is any chance of any of the delisted eleven being redrafted as rookies?
No chance for the 11 gone so far but I suspect of the the next 3-4 who go - subject to list sizes - (e.g Garner, Campbell, Tyson, Turner and co) there will be a reasonable chance that we would re rookie 1-2 of them.

How good was your diet in those early days? Though likely not smashing enough oint now, he's no longer here.

It was fine. I've run it all by meticulous tracking and formulas for over a decade now, since my late teens. There was probably really only a year where I didn't know what I was doing. Just didn't have the strength to get the volume in for progressive overload in the early days - and that's without having to run the amount an AFL player does.

You can lock a late bloomer in the gym for as long as you want in their teens and early twenties and they'll struggle to put muscle on.

I've competed a couple of times and despite training very hard from 17-21 it wasn't really until I hit 22-23 that I started to get the strength required to pack on muscle. Probably a testosterone hit at that stage plus central nervous system taking the brakes off a bit. Old man muscle is also a thing, dunno if it's bone density or what.

Sigh, those were the days, at 21 couldn’t add a pound
Nowdays, I look sideways and I’ve gained a kilo

Our VFL team is locked in for 2021.

North Melbourne will retain its VFL and VFLW programs in 2021.

The VFL will form part of the new look VFL/East Coast competition, while the VFLW will be part of the existing VFLW competition.
North GM football Brady Rawlings said it came down to the clubs plan for future success.

“It’s been a very tough year for everyone, which includes our football community,” Rawlings told North Media.

“We were facing some very tough decisions due to the financial impacts of COVID-19 but we’re extremely pleased to be retaining our VFL and VFLW programs.

“We’ve made it very clear about our strategic direction for on-field success and having a second-tier competition ensures we can continue to develop our talent and build continuity.

“We’re pleased we can field both teams next year under the guidance of our coaching group.”

I hope those that question our need to invest in picks and hit the draft hard are watching Port tonight. Rozee, Butters & Duursma in one draft...
Well I have seen them all and they are promising players but they haven't done all that much- 23 disposals to three quarter time between the three of them

Not too sure it's those three doing the damage.... 24 touches and one goal btw the 3! More their aged trade recruits in Motlop and Rockliff more killing it!

Ha... they’re a super impressive young group, that really helped Port to transform their list.

With multiple high picks in one two drafts, we can do the same.

Dead right. The performance in this game is one thing, they've all been very impressive for two seasons now.

We'll have to go about it the opposite way, build up the kids and then a year or so start hitting some FA's. We're going to have a lot of money to spend.
