scratch my initial comment - I revised it once i looked into Fantasia's injury history. We should run away from looking to deal for him
That's more my line of thinking, he's certainly got talent but he's got no history of longevity.

Right type, right age....wrong player.

I think Fantasia is only a trde you would do if you could do it for a player - we don't want him instead of a kid. But if it was for Kelly or Seedsman (say), then it would be worth a conversation.

It's also a good sign we're getting Bassett.

Oh please please please pretty please make this happen..this would be one of the biggest gets possible and one I have wanted for a long long time. You want culture to change and get a club back on track - you literally could not get a better candidate

Wilson suggested that the embattled Adelaide Crows are interested in Balme, who has overseen a remarkable shift at Richmond, to work closely with rookie coach Matthew Nicks and inexperienced head of footy Adam Kelly.

“Because of COVID, Neil Balme now finds himself marginalised and I know that there at talks at other clubs where they just wonder whether he might go there,” she continued.

“The Adelaide Football Club is one where Neil Balme’s name has come up in dispatches.

“That’s the club I’m hearing about.

Pipe dream,,,,,, media trying to join the dots

Plays one good game, Hawkins kicks 3.

I thought Hartigan played ok tbh. But I agree he has played like one solid game. Hawkins really could have kicked a bag of 5 or 6 in the end. Kicked 3.3 with one poster too.

Eh.....

Something has definitely changed, maybe the club has got wind of an offer that may trigger 2.

If Ebert moves on with his concussion issues, they continue to have Rocky on the fringe.... yeah maybe he'll fit, but it's hardly a pressing need.

We need a tall defender, not another slow mid. Everyone can see that.
Brad not slow

The experience he would bring is massive, he has been with the Tigers when they were an absolute joke to the toast of the AFL.

You get him and pay him overs if need be.

In the end, he's just another Rocky/Ebert/Wines/Boak/SPP type

We probably have more of that type then any already given we've got some depth not making the 22 in that mold.
Hence you trade wines for a first rounder. Potentially get 2 first rounders with your NGA prospect.

I wish Brad all the best and will be sad to see him leave, given he showed so much promise as a youngster. But unfortunately if he goes to Port it’s only natural that I’ll begin to dislike him. The showdowns would also be even more entertaining!

Brad in Port colours. He would look like a criminal from Alberton.
