What champs team? hahaha I don't think they'll have one unless they just play WA. Fair bit of depth this year I think. Lot a kids playing good footy including a number outside the Hub. Incidentally Sturt look fantastic in the 18s so far. Much better than I thought they would

hopefully we get to see a full champs, it’s a long way away as it would be very late in the year I would think?

Who outside of the hub should I be watching?

Luke Pedlar would probably be my number 1. He is seriously tough but his body has let him down over the last 18 months. Good size inside mid/ half forward who has real power at stopages and can explode out of them. Also tries to take mark of the year every second game and gives away free kicks a bit too often. He is scary tough though and sometimes looks like he could kill himself or someone else. He has a nice enough left foot and capable of kicking goals in big moments. At glenelg but will play most of the year at PAC.

I also don't mind Sam Falland from Central Districts. Good size mid with a penetrating left foot. Not sure about his temperament though in terms of whether he understands the work ethic and professionalism required.

A real smokey is Cook for South Adelaide. He was sensational in the first half last week with a multitude of big marks. He looked great above his head, quick and balanced. I know clubs definitely noticed but very much a wait and see if there are repeat performances for mine.

Jamison Murphy is the one I like. He's in my top 20.

he’s on my must watch soon list. I’ve been focusing on eagles south and Sturt games. Glenelg and north are ones I’m keen to watch next.

such an interesting midfield mix this year from SA. It’s a year I would love port to have lots of mid draft picks and list spots and try to snag a bargain.

Maybe we can get a mod to move the last dozen or so 2020 draft posts to a new thread? Just title it 2020 Sa prospects or some such?

I suppose I could start my 2020 SA thread now the season is underway.

Rayson is up to 34d from halfback in the 4th Qtr.

wish the stats had metres gained he would have a lot of those
BOG by a length, Edwards got about 6 touches in the last 3 minutes to make his game look a bit better than it actually was.

Glenelg have a lot of decent non academy hub players that certainly look draftable like Xavier Robins, Hagan Wright, Luke Pedlar and Nasiah Wanganeen

So more potential depth in this years draft?

It would be interesting to know your thoughts on who Adelaide should pick up with their first as they could pick up one of the best kpp or mids this draft?

Most likely pick 1 this could impact the draft. Local boy in Thilthorpe is a possibility or a top mid. A bid on Ugle-Hayden is also a possibility.

Also who do you think fills Freo's needs and who do you think will be available to them lower to mid first round?
