Just got a notification from Kayo and looks like the Renegades are giving a contract out to a club cricketer via a tv show. Rock bottom for them.

edit: it looks like it is only a spot on their pre season tour based off the CA website.

Faulkner always starts the year well and then gets injured about 4 or 5 games in. Squads are so thin you can't afford having a player like that on good coin.

Scorchers sign Lance Morris, wonder if they were swayed by his List A exploits (bowling average of 64, econ 7.1) or his T20 work (bowling average of 156, econ 12). Thought he was very poor for the Stars last season, and at 23 he's hardly a fresh faced youngster.

Loosing Maddo is brilliant means Burns is playing middle order

Burns is a solid BBL player, can bat basically anywhere in the top 6 and doesn't try and hit every ball out of the park so doesn't suit the Heat's game plan.
