2U - Christian Petracca to kick 1 goal - $1.50 (moderate conviction bet, fair odds should be $1.30 - $1.32)

$1.50 suggests 66% odds, he has kicked a goal or more 76.19% of the games this year.

Adding on top of that, in his game against Geelong last year he kicked 1 goal in shortened quarters, and in his game against Geelong this year he kicked 2 goals. Plus, Viney to return which will push Petracca forward more often as well.

Sportsbet had Geelong v Demons listed as Friday so I loaded up on goalscorers, etc. Dammit now have all that money tied up and have to miss out out on Friday night, Saturday day games

Surely if you're tying up that much money you do more research than just seeing what time sportsbet have the game listed at. The AFL app and website never confirmed fixture until this afternoon. Plus if you went on livechat I'm sure they'll refund your bets anyway

Fritsch 4+ @8.50 sb seems overs coming off 7
Against Adelaide.
The guy loves an easy hit out. He kicked 6 against the Kangaroos early this season when they were an easy beat.
Apart from the 6 and 7. He's only kicked 4 in a game one other time.

Not saying it's a bad bet and you shouldn't go for it if you want. But it explains the price

Don’t you think it disadvantages Port and Bulldogs having them play first then Geelong and Melbourne can rest players if they want, if Bulldogs win and the finals are in Melbourne?

They should all be played at the same time like the EPL, or have the top 4 play at the same time, since they are playing one another.

Nfl also do the same. All matches same time.

Port are $8, $9 this morning for minor prem. If they win Friday, what odds will they be? Do you think they’d offer a cash out?

Realistically you need Port to win by 25+ and then Geelong to only just win narrowly as well. Have a play around with a ladder predictor, % is hard to make up at this point in the season.

For example if Port win by 25 and Geelong win by 1-10 then Port finish first, but if Geelong win by 15+ then Geelong finish first.

You can get $5 odds for Port to win by 25+ alone, probably a better bet.
