ok - so undo'ing the two trades made? And back to me? (to keep it simple, I'd do the same as Eso did and bid on Daicos).

I can do it, just try to keep trades fairly even on points.

For example, the last trade put the future 2nd at the bottom of the second round, so it's solid.

Just don't expect super rapid updates.

I haven't looked into the current state of team lists, so I'm going to try and figure that out tomorrow so you each have an estimate for number of picks to be made. Unlikely to be a problem until the 3rd round of the draft, anyway.

If Pies match the bid, Crows pick 3 is on the table. Looking for a pick in the top 10 plus a later pick to balance it up.

I will be trading with myself with that being said,
Stkilda Recieve Picks: 22, 34 & 50 (1660 Points)
Geelong Recieve Picks: 9 & 67 (1538 Points)

Seems solid on points, but maybe come back to this at pick 9 and see if there's something you like for Geelong.

Also one more note: please try to keep pick trades to as late as possible, and not burn your draft hand.

Canvas your short lists (with respect to your club's needs), chat to prospective traders, and move up/down as opportunities present. The club moving up will generally be paying overs.

Crows strategy was to trade up to Pick 2, and then to offer Pick 2 plus future 1st for JHF in the hope that North would blink. They didn't.

Phantom drafters: check if your club has anyone they plan to re-rookie or re-draft (yes, there are a few), but you're also welcome to draft someone else so long as you explain the logic.

Really easy decision to try and trade up as soon as I knew this pick was available. There are two players in the open draft that are well above the rest as prospects, JHF & Callaghan. Was on a huge upward curve this year until Vic footy was shut down. Ticks all the right boxes with size, skill, athleticism and always has plenty of time when he has the ball. Very happy to add an elite prospect like this and keep hold of pick 6.
