i mean i don't think it's a huge deal if Cegs does stay, as he is well-liked around the playing group (although with most of the senior blokes gone or near the end, this could be different now) and could fulfill a Brooksby-esque role helping out Lynch/Reeves in the VFL

he would have to be okay with that though, and with the money he's on i don't see it happening

Both Stanley and Ceglar are inconsistent at best. Stanley more athletic and slightly better around the ground. Ceglar pretty awful at tap ruck work and gives away loads more blocking frees. If you're forcing me to choose, it's Stanley but probably only just. I just don't see Geelong really needing Ceglar which is why I'm not overly shocked at the trade value

How many clubs are looking at ruck options? 4? 5? Ceglar has one suitor and that requires a fairly decent salary contribution from our end. Pretty telling
