It's looking more and more likely that Finn will be available at pick 4, unless on draft night Richmond move to pick 3 because they offer Gold coast a shit load

With the news that North are definitely selecting JHF and the news that GWS are very interested in Mac Andrews at pick 2 which only leaves pick 3 and gold coast who have said they are looking for a KPP hence why they want to slide back a bit in the draft. So they either pick a KPP at 3 or Richmond and us battle it out to move up the draft

Hope they do play hardball. Will mean North uses their pick for him and makes our pick more powerful given money and list spots at GC and Collingwood

There’s a big difference between slipping back and getting an established KPP to using pick 3 on one when there’s supposed to be an elite mid on offer
some years there are no buyers for no.1
i like 2013/14 as a comparison. There was no chance of 2013 being sold, and 2014 no one wanted it

Very easily. Pick 4 and a player. Blows Richmond out of the water. If GC are smart they would trade pick 3 to us and then trade pick 4 to another club. They may find that Richmond are still interested in pick 4 even if we take the player they are after at pick 3.
There’s rumours we are trying to get pick 2 from gws as we are very keen on Callaghan. Future first plus additional picks.
If we know gws are taking Andrews then we might try and get pick 3 instead.
There could be a battle Royale for gold coasts first.
