I have thought about putting you on ignore separately regarding other historical posts not worth previous mention I felt. Naturally this is not a notice rather context

Naturally I will not follow your advice.

Give me time, if your behaviour is consistent I will follow through with joy

With time I have come to realise we are not in this together, despite ScoMo's political rhetoric. As such, the world is a vast dynamic and two ships passing in the night is not such a bad thing for the world to evolve and advance at times.
Feel free to PM me your historical data on my posting history you have been collating and we can have a discussion in private if you would prefer? 😴 …in the meantime, anyone else that disagrees with Mr.Magic’s defence of racial stereotyping can chuck my post a like and make it easy for him to do some more collating of historical data for his ignore lists.

Its completely different.

The only similarities between Biggy and Andrew are they are Sudanese.

Biggy is a key defender that was a late speculative pick. Mac Andrew is a projected top 10 pick that is 200cm and plays as a Ruck / Forward.

Your comparison is like trying to compare Luke Jackson to Nathan Broad.

Suggest you think before posting something that stopid again

I am not defending racial stereotyping.

I regard such comments as slander.

What I am writing about is comments that appear to be pre-determined as racial stereotyping based on certain perceptions of reality.

I have not been collating anything, how ignorant can one be to suggest I would be stupid enough to do so?

I think a lot of people, I think, are getting tied of some posters gaslighting efforts creating more trouble than what they are worth even if they may argue their intent is well meaning

Mac andrew Is the biggest risk in the draft

I doubt it.

He's a lock to be a good player, except for how skinny he is. The write ups pretty much all seem to say he's got a good attitude, amazing athleticism, good skills and gives it a red hot crack.

His risk is basically that he'll be too skinny to play AFL consistently. If you are confident that he will put the muscle on he's a top 4 or 5 player.

But then starting 2021 at 70kg is a worry. Ending it at 79kg is a good. Still a rake though.

What would peoples opinion here be on a trade between brisbane & Richmond
Richmond out: #26 + F2
Richmond in : #18

Lions needing points for 2022 might be interested in the F2

How come every time someone suggest a trade like this it has to be our pick 26 and never our 28? Unless of course it's on the night and we ask them straight out who they have in mind drafting. I just don't see why the default position always seems to be to offer our first of three on a platter.

Also not keen on weakening our draft hand for next year. Personally I d prefer trading into 2022 and not out of it. Be it a club offering a first for two of our second rounders or a second for one of our seconds. We still have a bunch of kids that hopefully a non-covid interrupted will allow us to make a final call on, so we need to give them an opportunity, and it's at least questionable that we will select any quality talls this year. Consequently next year with a draft full of highly ranked kps we'll need draft capital. Going into two drafts two years in a row with 4 top 30 picks would be ideal.

But there are far better comparisons out there (like Tim English). So if the decision you've made is that you don't want to take Andrew because you think he's going to end up just as good as Biggie then to me that's a racist take. Why is Biggie involved in the discussion at all? They don't play the same position and as young players have been rated on opposite ends of the spectrum of ability. There's countless players above 195cm you could use as a comparison.

If you're going to say you don't want to take Andrew because we don't need another ruck and it doesn't suit our list profile then that's a totally different thing and I have no issue with it at all.

As for an educated report you have to weigh the opinion of someone who watches all the games closely over your average Joe Bloggs right?
It isn't the first time.

I’m intrigued by Freeman. If he does have his body right he could be the cream on the cake if we nail our picks.

Him fit and firing would be a great addition to the mids. Huge risk but worth a punt IMO.
He does have some issues tho...his tackle numbers are very low and his contested possessions are low. Stat wise he must first receive a lot and get a lot of loose ball. And he does carry a LOT of injury baggage. All of that is fine if he's an excellent user of the ball. I'm not so sure if he's really what we need.

Looks good, but I think Ward and even Howes make it look better than it is. Ward unlikely there, but a good prospect will be, and Howes I have seen rated late teens early 20's.
We could get two decent players with those picks though, so don't mind it.
Callaghan on one wing and Goater on the other. Mmmm

Well our 2nd rounder next year is most likely #30+ and you want the club to be attracted to the deal to do the deal , If I was Brisbane i wouldnt be wanting a pick thats 2 picks after the club that wants the trade with me . Take it or leave scenario

I wouldnt mind trading out Richmond F2 as we would already have a 1st & Norf's 2nd so 2 picks inside 20-22
We also have 3-4 Rookie listed players that would need upgrade to senior list in 2022 and wont have more than 4-5 list spots imo

Just stick with what we've got and back our recruiters to land the right player at each pick

Lol mate it's the EXACT reason I've put you on ignore previously. I mentioned it at the time. Make of that what you will.

ST KILDA has boosted its draft points to match bids for Next Generation Academy pair Mitchito Owens and Marcus Windhager by completing a picks swap with Collingwood.

With the deadline for pick swaps closing in on Monday, the Saints and Magpies agreed to a deal on Friday.

The Pies sent their pick 55 to St Kilda in exchange for a future fourth-round pick next year, which is tied to Adelaide's finishing position.

It leaves St Kilda with picks 9, 55, 62, 66, 67 and 85, with bids for Owens and Windhager expected to come in the second round.

Collingwood will enter the draft with six live picks but will only use three or four selections at the draft with extra points banked to match an early bid for Nick Daicos.

I'd want their pick 41 as well.
