Why do port have first access for Wanganeen-Milera? As far as i'm aware he's neither an academy of father-son player, but i could definitely be mistakenWhy is everyone suggesting we get the dogs first rounder rather than PA's pick. They'll need points for Wanganeen-Milera and a good offer could secure their pick just as easily.
Father sonWhy do port have first access for Wanganeen-Milera?
he's Terry Mileras son, Gavins nephewFather son
Not sure how that scenario of lending players to oppo clubs would work...Dimma wants to lend players but you can't at the moment. You trade and then there is the cap pressures to force other movements.

Talk about a trojan horse gathering oppo intell for the lending coach/team to be privy to when they return.....
Whose injured...which oppo player is surplus to playing needs...game tactics...assistant coaches possible future move...
Sorry my mistake.he's Terry Mileras son, Gavins nephew
Rance wasn't much better when he started off.His kicking under pressure is appalling. Do not want to go near him. Williams is a much better option.
No current season stats available
Got Stacky to do that...The player I like amongst others for Richmond is Goater.
He is not a world beater but he offers something different, there are more accomplished players, there are safer players for us. There are better players in certain roles but this guy might be the guy that helps RFC the most in what we need. I do not think he is necessarily the bull we were chasing however. For us he could play in the middle, on the wing, in the backline apparently. Maybe even forward
He may be a bit jack of all trades master of none but I think there is enough there and we simply do not have enough of what he brings so he could help in a few ways. I think he suits our squad more than others because we have too many smalls and talls generally and not enough versatility in the list so a lot of players are limited to specific roles to be truely effective. Basically he would help fill a few holes for us potentially where our team is weaker and deficient in. For example he does things Presita does not, does things, Vlastuin does not, does things McIntosh does not do as well and does things Castagna does not really do so we would get more bang for buck out of him than other clubs
He is a little unique so he maybe more effective than some think at the grade as he fills out. There is another player I don't mind for RFC apart from the usual suspects due to his versatility I think we should look at as well. It is difficult to tell how successful he would be at AFL, as he is a little unusual because I have not really seen a player with his traits all in one before in the mix he brings. One would think even if he was not as successful at AFL he would at least be able to fill one of the holes at RFC effectively enough, in a weird way given RFC list RFC is in a better position than others to take a punt on him in terms of rick/reward I think and could be a bigger game changer for our list simply because he covers a lot of holes a number of our players do not bring enough to the table on potentially. He could be like Mark Coughlan a little but he is taller potentially making him more effective in such a role
I think we should get a few first rounders so we can cherry pick more this draft and get players suiting us and avoiding the CCJ, Higgins scenarios
Port might need their first for Dawson from Sydney .Why is everyone suggesting we get the dogs first rounder rather than PA's pick. They'll need points for Wanganeen-Milera and a good offer could secure their pick just as easily.

what website did you get that from? looks really goods
Port don't have dibs on Wanganeen-Milera? He's in the open draft. Why is everyone suggesting we get the dogs first rounder rather than PA's pick. They'll need points for Wanganeen-Milera and a good offer could secure their pick just as easily.

I don't see the point of comparing Van Rooyen with Rance. All I said is Van Rooyen is an appalling kick when pressured. In the 2 games I've seen him, he has butchered the football. The point I'm making is that I'd prefer others.Rance wasn't much better when he started off.

Does your club need a big key forward? Or how about a ruckman to dominate out of the middle? Here are the names you should be watching in this year’s draft.
Not sure if you have a herald sun subscription (link below under screenshot), but if you do you can click on 70 players for their info & stats. Plus narrow down on states, position etc

To be honest i'd rather keep our powder dry as next years crop of Kp's are much better than this years.I don't see the point of comparing Van Rooyen with Rance. Very keen on the Goat.View attachment 1238204
POWER RANKINGS SEPTEMBER
13. Josh Goater (Calder Cannons)
Looms as a fan favourite at AFL level. At 190cm, Goater is an athletic yet slightly taller prospect compared to some of the other midfielders at the top of his draft class. Interestingly, he won more disposals in defence than in the midfield this season. In his first five NAB League matches, he averaged 21.6 disposals 5.2 clearance as a midfielder then 30.5 disposals, 4.0 intercept marks and 8.5 intercept possessions. Goater could be a player that could bolt into the top 10 or be on the cusp of the first round come draft night.
2 Goats in the side.Very keen on the Goat.
I agree. this is the draft for midfielders and unless the club feels there is an outstanding KP that's overlooked by others, I'd pass.To be honest i'd rather keep our powder dry as next years crop of Kp's are much better than this years.
Means keeping Garth on for one more year then so be it.
