Mac Andrew is not a ‘project’ player. Andrew is a great mark, a very good kick and has terrific skills. Calling Mac Andrew a project player is like calling Sam Darcy a project player. I don’t know if he’ll end up justifying a top-5 pick, but being tall and skinny doesn’t make you a project player.

How does this work? Did we take him back as a delisted free agent? Or did we never actually officially delist him?
Player contracts end on 31 October, so I'm guessing we just changed our minds and signed him up before the list lodgement. Weird that it wasn't reported anywhere.

Should be done in 10 minutes lol
The AFL is trying to make it some sort of a major event, but the simple fact is that the majority of supporters have no or little interest in it. The only supporter who would be interested would be those who's teams are poor and praying for a good draft to get them out of a hole or supporters of teams who have a good hand.

To be honest this is the first time I had more than a fleeting interest in the draft for the last 8 odd years. That is because of our good draft hand.

I remember back in the 2009 draft Melbourne actually had a members party/function for the draft which was pretty sad. I think they even had Scully and Trengrove attend it after being selected. I'm pretty sure they would have wanted to celebrate with their mates rather than doing a Q&A with some strangers.

An article on Tyler Sonsie, would seem a good fit at pick 15 if he gets there

-

They’re traits that have drawn comparisons to Richmond legend Trent Cotchin – a huge rap for an 18-year-old, but a welcome compliment for Sonsie, an avid Tigers supporter.

“I’ve spoken to all clubs – most clubs two or three times, some clubs, four. I’ve had a fair bit of interviews and it’s been all right – hopefully I can land at the ‘Tigs’, but we’ll see.”

Any chance he slides to the late 20s?

Do you have a link to this article?

Pick 17 should get us a very good player, so need to trade up for Sinn

Goater/Chesser for outside speed
Sinn is better than either of those 2.
