Watch some of his U18s for North. Just wins the footy and uses well by foot. Would by top 5 kick at the club

I’d be a top 5 kick at Port with my bung knees.

Its almost compulsory that Collingwood recruit a Norwood player. Cooper Murley joins a long list of maybe 10 Norwood players who end up Collingwood.

We traded our future 4th for the pick to take Dante, now teams are passing. Not sure what the thinking was.

From memory I think Hugh is. He would be pretty happy I would think.

Sinn + Jackson is pretty decent, especially when we consider we added Sam skinner predraft

That’s a outside runner, ball winning mid, and tall key defender. Decent fit for our needs.

Is he the port supporter?

Not sure.

Its a good pick at that stage of a draft. Was picking up regular 35-40 disposal games for North in the u18s this year. Watched him play about 8 times this year and was impressed almost every time. Ball magnet, elite kick, elite runner, great endurance, reads the play exceptionally well. Disappointed for SA but he's well worth a punt and could be a steal in the 50s of a draft.

Who do you like for the rookie draft for us Macca19 ?

I find beecken interesting tho far from a need.

I wonder if Cooke could be developed as a key defender.

If we could fix ferres awkward ball drop / field kicking he could be a very interesting medium defender imo.

From the RMC profile, Visentini sounds a bit like Mumford. Not big on production, but loves to hit bodies.

So we needed to take anyone we wanted tonight

We started with 33+2 then added Skinner and now are 37+2. Will rookie Mayes to go to 37+3. So 2 spots left.

That is assuming Pasini got elevated as we gave him a 2 year contract at end of 2020 and did that with houston and Lienert, 1 on the rookie list and second year on the main list.

Trading a future fourth to then pass on picks was weird but in the end to go into a draft with limited picks and get
Sinn, Jackson, Burgoyne and Dante is pretty decent.
