I'm not sure i'd be 100% keen on him with our first, which was my point. Second rounder i'd be keen (but he'll be at Malbn) but first seems too much for me at this stage.

Amiss, van Rooyen or Williams look a good option for us.

Erasmus and Goater also. He’ll be long gone but Hobbs looks the goods.

Should we be concerned about taking SA kids?

Luko and Rankine will come good but haven’t yet lived up to the hype. Pedlar, Thilthrope, Powell and Jones too early to tell.

Scharenberg, Durdin, Aish, Fogarty, Hateley, Mead, Stephens, Francis, Valente, have struggled.

CCJ yet to get on the park consistently.

Burton, Milera, Hayward, Pickett, Day, Schoenberg, Bailey (NT really) and Rozee are successes.

Does Adelaide produce high talent? And the talls?

Goater, Long and Rachele are my hopes for our first pick. Rachele probably long gone by then, but one can hope.

need to wait until champs but this is as few kpps I can ever remember Vic and Sa putting up combined.

Nothing from any of the other eastern states (qld/nsw/tas) yet either.

it’s basically Wa doing all the heavy lifting with 6 names that are attracting interest.

What you make of luke Darcy's son ??

I’ve only seen one game + some very short highlights so the many Vic based draft watchers on the drafts board will have seen much more of him and have a much better formed opinion than my guesswork.

from what I’ve seen I like though. At least he’s very tall, mobile enough, seems to have some good traits in the air and a few tricks on the ground.

if there’s a reason he won’t make it, I haven’t seen enough to see it.

I don’t think he’s being overhyped either. There hasn’t been a huge number of players standing up in their draft year and saying look at me other than a couple of standouts. So any 204cm dude dominating games is going to climb boards quickly.

Another new face to the backline in Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera, also a versatile player who has impressed in midfield roles this season but can also be used as a rebounder.

The nephew of Essendon and Port Adelaide champion Gavin, and son of former Saints forward Terry Milera, had 15 disposals playing in the reserves last week for Glenelg and has grown in form as this season has gone on.

Watched Horne today for South. Can't see what everyone is so excited about. Should slide to Port's pick.
