Actually maybe Will Snelling was,

Testing the memory but reckon he was more outside / wing with some time in the middle.

jhf is the first fulltime on baller unless I’m mistaken.
Trengove started and played the 2009 PF and GF in the guts. My Sturt mate had a satellite dish and we put the games on at the Port supporters pub in Sydney next to central station and watched the games, probably with 30-40 people for the PF and maybe 60 for the GF.

He starred in the PF, was BOG and Goodrem tagged him out of the game in the GF. Didn't watch any other games in 2009. PF said he was bloody good, Centrals being paranoid and hard tagging an 18 year old after they had won 7 flags in the previous 9 seasons confirmed he was bloody good.

The same discussion happens with every man child that gets drafted.

Ollie Wines was an early developer and there was plenty of doubt about his potential ceiling from within the industry, but here we are halfway through his career and he's just won a record breaking Brownlow Medal.

Horne-Francis is playing good footy but he's not exactly dominating at SANFL level. What holds him in good stead is that unlike a lot of man-children, he's got some decent burst speed and exquisite outside skills, he's not just a well built kid winning inside ball and not much else.

Anyone playing attention to Sam Skinner for another shot on a list?

So we currently have:
3-4 main list spots (Rocky, Hammer, Garner gone with a starting list of 36).

0-1 rookie list spots (Burgoyne (2yrs) , Schofield (1yr), Woodcock (2yrs), Pasini (2yrs), McEntee(1yr)) & 1 cat B rookie (Frederick (3yrs)).

With a 4th year allowed for rookies on the rookie list because of the impact of COVID, there is no requirement to upgrade any rookies if we don't want.

4 list spots to fill, which at the moment is:
- Pick 16
- J Burgoyne as FS
- 1 speculative ND pick
- 1 rookie pick or a carryover to the SSP or MSD

The 3 ND pick requirement is back in play. Any late picks people are keen on? Leek Aleer as a KPD? Lukas Cooke as a KPF? Sam Skinner (KPD) or Mitch O'Niell (Burst Mid) as an SSP watch and see?

Can’t see north trading pick 1 to the crows. There’s too much of a gulf between the talent they would get moving back.
There’s been lots of talk about crows trying to trade up to gold coasts pick 3, which I wonder is either an attempt for a certain player but most likely to get up to pick 1.

There isn’t anything I would take for pick 1 other than the crows pick 4 and future 1st and I don’t think crows do that.

Pick 4 and a future 2nd and / or one of the crows fringe players would be a firm no.

Move over sam Walsh and matt rowell.

Jason might just be the most ridiculous prospect sa has produced.
