We are wanting to take him with our second pick that should come in with academy bidding. If we know he's about to go earlier we could trade back in.Not with our first So we would be trading back in you think?
Why?i think we will take WM if there

What happened to Hugh Jackson this year?
Unless I am confusing him with someone else I thought he was touted as a first rounder (10-15) at the start of the year and a decent ball magnet?
Now he’s down to 40+
One of my favourite posters.... He's a quality over quantity type operator around here though.
His posts often have me giggling.

Think that was our one tall this draft, and we will wait until next year to,pick up another one or two. All our remaining picks this draft will be smalls and mid-sized players.AFL Talent Ambassador Kevin Sheehan has released his Top AFL Draft Prospects in the category of Tall Defenders ahead of the 2021 NAB AFL Draft to be held on Wednesday, November 24 and Thursday, November 25.

AFL Talent Ambassador Kevin Sheehan reveals his latest batch of prospectswww.afl.com.au
Given that we have just signed Skinner I suggest we would only rookie a young player to replace MaCkenzie, Clurey and Jonas in 3 years.
Considering we have the outright first and another three that will go top 20 in a draft that could maybe only have 40 picked it’s not that bad.Looking at this list I think there's only 3, maybe 4 players that i'm comfortable will make it at AFL level, all the others have at least one serious question mark. The longer the year has gone on, the more it appears this is a very poor SA batch imo
I still wouldn’t be against drafting Oscar Adams, project tall defender with nice skills. Personally I’m not huge on Pasini, and Skinner is obviously a wildcard so that would leave Adams as our KPD of the future. When the likes of McKenzie and Jonas are phased out Adams will be ready to go.Can't see us drafting a KPD at all to be honest. Aliir, Jonas, McKenzie, Clurey, Skinner and Pasini is plenty. Most teams wouldn't have 6 KPD's on their list, let alone 7.

just watched the clips of Aleer at SANFL level. Looks a really smart, agile and clean user of the ball.
His forward entry kicks also looked classy and inventive.
Not sure that we have a burning need for a player like him yet but surely the Crows will pounce?
Unless we trade in after our first pick, unlikely he will be there at our next pick.
After grabbing Skinner yesterday, not sure we are going to go after another key back.

Anyone watched a bunch of Magpies games and saw how he went ? Even if he comes good he’s still more of a 2nd tall at best due to his sizePasini is definitely putting in the effort. Nearly every post of his is fitness related, doing weights etc. seems to be doing all the right things, or at least is smart enough to post about it lol

Saw a handful of games, thought he looked miles off it most of the time - pretty anonymous, no real presence. Early days for him of course. Then having decided he's probably going to be a bust, he'd do one or two things that suggest there's something there. Still not expecting much, but worth persisting with for another couple of years.Anyone watched a bunch of Magpies games and saw how he went ? Kane interviewed Chad this morning about his new role as defence coach and they discussed Skinner. Kane asked if there more players like him out there or a Tom Stewart type, ie missed out in the draft at 18 or cut by an AFL club and playing state league footy, and he said there would be and spoke specifically about Aleer, in glowing terms. Said he moves and plays like Port's Aliir.just watched the clips of Aleer at SANFL level. Looks a really smart, agile and clean user of the ball.
