I would absolutely trade next year's second for Draper this year if he's there in the second and we have the opportunity.
Yep. Not really interested with our first but if the option is there to trade back in that would be great.I would absolutely trade next year's second for Draper this year if he's there in the second and we have the opportunity.

I like how we traded out Ladhams and have 1389 draft points to show for it.
Clearly we wanted him out come hell or high water but definitely lost that trade .I like how we traded out Ladhams and have 1389 draft points to show for it.
Does that include the future 3rd we received as wellI like how we traded out Ladhams and have 1389 draft points to show for it.

How many top 5 picks did they have Adelaide trading in?
I think we have great kicks in Rozee, Butters, Amon etc (I think Bergman will get there too). The best field kick of the midfielders who get a lot of the ball, that are still there at 12, is who I want us to go for.
The Bulldogs ( and Melbourne 2 weeks later) didn't only show us you have to win the hard ball in the mid field, but you have to use it well, to win the big games.
They are solid kicks not great kicks. I doubt their kicking efficiency stats are elite ie top 10% for their positions. You want midfielders who win the ball and can it use it, not just feed it out to others to use.I think we have great kicks in Rozee, Butters, Amon etc (I think Bergman will get there too).
What we really need is someone who can explode out of the front of a stoppage. Melbourne showed us the value of that (and Richmond in the last quarter of the prelim).
Goater please.
I want a mid who gets the ball and gets it out the front of the stoppage and into our f50 while its still 6-6-6.They are solid kicks not great kicks. The last few days watching his highlights over and over, I can't help but think, when we will get someone who regularly can a) win the hard ball and b) then use it in an elite manner by foot. We have plenty of players who can do a) but bugger all who regularly do b).We have no Great Kicks in our Team full stop.
I live in hope that one day we will have some footballers that can kick half as good as Russell could.
Aidyn?

I've never even considered Erasmus surely he doesn't fall into our Laps ? Especially with the WA clubs having 3 picks. If Sinn and Wanganeen-Milera are gone before our pick, it's likely Erasmus will be our target.
If all 3 are gone then Goater could wind up at Alberton.
