The fact that every single mock and source has had us as taking sinn for weeks now means that we absolutely telegraphed who we wanted.

West coast took advantage of that and likely called us up and said if you want sinn you have to trade, and we didn’t call their bluff.

What makes people think that it wasn't Brisbane or Richmond who were after Pick 12 from West Coast? Remember that Fox Sports had both of those sides trying to get in front of Essendon and Port - they said that it was because everyone was after Wilmot, but I reckon it was because everyone was after Sinn. Brisbane picking Wilmot who is basically Sinn minus the mid/forward work and Richmond picking Tom Brown - another general defender - kind of reinforces that.

Not surprised Johnson is sliding. Was never really impressed with his intangibles.
