Impey
Phillips
Daniher
Jiath
etc.
We've all got a couple of these.
Which of them would you keep, hoping that they'll go close enough to the topliners, which would you cull?
Phillips obvious, but Daniher, Impey types not that simple.
Keep Impey. Highest average of the lot, same role, but sometimes he just doesn't get the ball. He's been getting the occasional CBA lately as well. Will average around 90 for sure, which is fine for an F6. You also paid $200k for him, worst case you move him F7 if you can get a Marshall/Danger/Butters if they come back and dominate (if you have trades of course).

I think you can accept holding them all at D6 and F6, but if the opportunity to trade arises during the byes, I would 100% trade them all, except Impey. You can also commit to holding them in the short term, then aim to grab a Danger or Marshall if they return and do well

I'm holding Daniher through the byes. One poor game not enough to make me offload him (yet)

I paid 430k for Impey after Dunkley got injured as he was the cheapest priced Top6 forward at the time. Looking forward to doing my first and only Roughie later in the year, trades permitting. Rd18-20 Impey > Dunkley

Is that counting only the Best 18 projected scores?
Whatever Supercoach premium counts - which looks to be best 18? Obviously grundy isnt playing so reduce that by 63 points to Waterman score. so 1957

Will have 18 if Watermelon plays .

Lose Grundy and Berry this week.
Can't help bad luck I guess.

Grab Whitfeild next week.

A round 13 mid at round 14.

Prob 2 upgrades after the byes .
Would like to complete but them the brakes of SC.

Please keep the rolling team announcements 24 hours before game time away, we don’t want it anywhere near here
Can't see the AFL backflipping again on this .....the public have spoken, as have the players on hublife ....which is great news for Grundy owners

I measure # Premo's playing each week

Have
R12 - 13 premo's
R13 - 12 premo's
R14 - 13 premo's

Given I had 29 green dots last week, I "think" I have the rookie strength to have enough to compliment the Premo's playing

Will have 14 premo's playing in R14 , after I bring Neale in after his bye

Anyone else absolutely ****ed for R14 if the Richmond/WCE game gets moved to R13?

Currently have 16 players with Short/Dusty/RCD included :straining::straining:

A lot of water to go under the bridge on fixturing .... we have to remember fixture shifts were also mooted for the HAW / GC game as well, and that never eventuated

Surely we get an extra trade (or two) if that happens? Having 8 teams missing from a single round is a bit much for SCers to deal with even with 3 trades, especially on very short notice with 2 of the teams.

Hopefully if it happens then one of the R13 games gets moved to R14 in its place.

Just hope we get the information this week to be able to make decisions.

Makes sense to shift the West Coast v Richmond game to Rd 13. They’ll be in WA for Rd 12 to play Essendon and scheduled to come back in Rd 14.

They’ve already spent a week in Sydney and will fly Sydney>Perth on Friday. If it wasn’t to be rescheduled, would they fly back to Sydney, Melbourne or spend the bye week in Perth?

Might be a bye for SC if 8 teams aren't playing. Given I'm in struggling for 18 playing that week (and absolutely cooked if they move the game) I think that would be the best option! And the fairest, for me anyway :moustache:

Yeah this is a good point, I'm probably going to trade May to Whitfield in round 14, but if it became a bye round then there is less incentive to do it.
