Is it just me or is Pendles looking cooked?

Been carrying the Pies for a few years. Got more support tonight at least.

I was surprised he didn't go back to WA when he had the chance a couple years ago. I think he'll stay at the Blues. He seems pretty committed. He is a gun and has been shafted by a horribly run club for his entire career. Don't think they've made the finals once in his career (on their own - eg Essendon dropping out re ASADA).

Suggesting his teammates are the reason he has been average for a while now is a poor excuse.

If your one of the best mids in the comp, you should be able to perform consistently well if your team is in the middle bracket of teams. Cripps couldn't in 2020 and hasn't started the year well either.

No I'm simply saying it's much harder for a player to impact a game playing in an average side. I think he has enough credits in the bank by now to not write him off after two games hahaha. I thought he was good last year.

In saying that I had a pair of white and gold Nike Air Zoom Total 90's but I'll toot my own horn and say I was decent haha

Have had to work pretty hard to find anything other than insanely brightly coloured boots over the last few years...

And kids want what their idols are wearing, and their idols are sponsored, and the boot companies want boots that are visible from space!

Back in the mid 00's they were very popular. They even had the boots with the laces on the side so when you kicked it it would reduce the chance of it flying off the side. Reckon half the side I played in at Caulfield had some ridiculous color of boots.

Haha trying to bring a bit of flair back to a pretty ugly position. I had a good kick on me and had a bit of toe so I'd usually run off the forward I was on so the boots were in full effect. Stopped playing after I finished school when a few blokes I played with got drafted and others just turned 18 and decided getting on the piss was a better option...myself included.
