Strongly dislike Brayshaw, regardless of his bias when calling North games. I just don’t think he has the voice or wit for commentary tbh - he butchers big moments by just screaming something like ‘AND HE’S KICKED IT’. At least Bruce added a bit feeling to the big moments, even if sometimes his one-liners were a bit corny.

Currently down by 61 midway through the 3rd against the Dogs.

I don't think I've seen a side get so routinely smashed. Pretty worrying for North fans.

Yep, v Carlton.

They only have 2 forwards and a bunch of smalls, so North won't be as stretched by anyone close to 6ft and only have to look at how the speedy blues go to then pinch a victory.

Against current flakes with things to kick to, like us on last match, there' at least avenues for sides to "get out of trouble" which North don't have at present and the Blues also don;t have defenders that scream "respect me" as far as aerial contests are concerned.

Remember after our pre-season game against North one of their fans came over basically saying it would have been an even contest except they were missing Goldstein and Cunnington. This North team is a loooot further off than just missing 2 injured guys.

I'm indifferent about it. He said some pretty stupid shit about us when he left and apparently wasn't well liked by the playing group, but I don't care if he does well elsewhere. We're a better side without him anyway.

Yeah I understand that but I wonder how much of that was to bignote himself to his new team mates. In any event they were just words, his deeds were pretty good for us on occasion... they were also classic baroose on occasion too..
