Squiggle tips Demons at 77% chance -- What's your tip? -- Team line-ups »
Long was playing in the match sim todayThought I read somewhere he had a niggle and was in doubt for the start of the season?
The curse is realIts called the St Kilda curse
Just when are starting to look good .........
Preseason seems good. Sad for geary but bugger all else.
True. Black caviar would have lost if I backed her. This is your fault
Nah, this is all my fault. I put up the new thread for Injuries. now we are inundated. I am very sorry for starting this thread now
Bugger. Do you think you'll be ok for round 1?And just to make things worse , my big toe on my left foot is a bit sore .
On iPad using BigFooty.com mobile app
I mean your out for the season...the first thing you'd wanna do is get absolutely s**t faced for a week wouldn't you ..just to drown your sorrows....and I'd want Roughy with me...just for the sheer poetry of it.Does anyone know the process for patons injury does it mean surgery with plates and screws or is it a full leg plaster cast
Could try not recruiting 27plus year olds with history of soft tissue injuries and (in some cases) poor lifestyle choices! The curse is real
It must somehow be broken
You mean like Hill, Higgins, Butler, Doogs, and Crouch.Could try not recruiting 27plus year olds with history of soft tissue injuries and (in some cases) poor lifestyle choices!
how many of the underlined were over 27 when we got them? You mean like Hill, Higgins, Butler, Doogs, and Crouch.
Jeez wish we never picked up Ryder.
You posted stop recruiting 27 year olds, I gave you 5 in the last two seasons who aren't.how many of the underlined were over 27 when we got them?
I will grant you Ryder as a short term success but if you bracket him with Crouch, Hannabery and Jones I think the potential ROI won't be great!
you can see why the club went and got Ryder and why having a big body ruck to help support Marshall isn't a nice to have its a must have
Reckon he is most likely going to be at Abbott standard.Yep, and this re-cycled fellah from Adelaide might be quite a savvy pick up too. Seems able to do a job.
Jones was only 24 when we got him and didn’t really have injury issues.how many of the underlined were over 27 when we got them?

I'm not expecting anything...but I think he's a better option than Abbott. He did well in SA. One way or the other he can at least do more than just stand there and tap (eg. Alabama Alabakis)
Hopefully he is a little more fwd capable than Abbott. Sounds like he is fairly reasonable overhead.Reckon he is most likely going to be at Abbott standard.
I still maintain Hannebery has been a net benefit to St Kilda despite his injury issues. He will leave the club better than it was before he arrived and he deserves some credit for its transformation. His leadership around the club was essential when he arrived, we had none.
Bald head makes him look older!Jones was only 24 when we got him and didn’t really have injury issues.
