Coniglio is in good spirits, having walked off the ground after his collision with Daniel Lloyd on Friday morning at the GIANTS' base in Sydney Olympic Park.
If the midfielder is diagnosed with concussion he will be on reduced duties at training during the next 12 days as per the league's new guidelines.

Leon was singing Flynn's praises on radio this morning, pretty much saying Preuss & Flynn were even.
Expect to see Flynn debut I would think.

Was that because he already knew Preus was injured?
5 to 6 months for Preuss.
This is ridiculous. We just can’t get a break.
After that amount of time out it will be hard for him to get back at all you would think this year
What have we done to deserve these critical injuries all the time
And in an area we have no depth

Just can’t catch a break. Preuss must be gutted, a huge opportunity to really prove himself as a starting ruckman. Now he’ll start his career with the giants midway through a season if even that. By all reports he was training well

Rehab Report: Pre-Season Update
An update on where the GIANTS are at heading into the first practice match.
Kennedy has suffered the same injury as ruckman Braydon Preuss, who successfully underwent his own shoulder reconstruction last Thursday.
The pair will be sidelined for four-to-five months and are expected to return to the field mid-year.
Zippy forward Brent Daniels is also in doubt for round one after suffering a hamstring injury in the same session.
Daniels is expected to miss approximately six weeks with the injury.
Coniglio will be more than 12 days post-concussion - the new minimum time on the sidelines for a concussion - by Saturday’s game and has passed a fitness test on Wednesday.
Forward Bobby Hill and draftee Ryan Angwin will be unavailable for Saturday’s match, having both also recently suffered concussions.
