no, you do deadlifts to get strong

deadlifts require hip extension
hip extension = glutes and hamstrings
max effort requires maximal muscle fibre recruitment
your body doesnt train muscles, it trains movements or movement patterns
if someone is already hamstring dominant for hip extension have a guess at what will be recruited first
Yeah it’s a compound movement. Which is why i said no one is doing it to work hamstrings.
 
Well the good news is Stewy can rehab fully and not push his recovery too fast now.
that’s upside. Cause we are gonna need the next few years
