Coverage starts at 6.30PM on the AFL website and AFL app:

The draft itself starts at 7pm (AEST)

The draft order for the mid-season rookie draft is the reverse ladder order after Round 11, with the number of picks dependent on the number of open list spots. (Spots opened up as LTIs/retirees are put on the inactive list.)

Crows sign Murray so there goes that spot.

"Murray from the Murray" got a spot on an AFL list, good on him.

Kaine Baldwin also got on a list, Luke Parks got picked up in last years draft

its weird seeing guys you liked get opportunities a year or 3 after they fail to get drafted, feel good stories.

Oscar McDonald’s name another to be crossed off.

Eggmolesse-smith has signed on with tigers before the deadline

is there an update on who has a spot left for mid season draft

north have 1
think pies have 1
Hawks have 1
Lions will have 1 once they move Rayner to the LTI
Saints will have 1 when they move Paton to LTI
swans the only other team with 1?

Soldo might go in the LTinjury list but probably not.

Sounds like his recovery is going ok

Pies have 2 spots.

Against my displeasure, they didn't sign the train on player, Briskey.

As the mid-season draft gets closer, expect these numbers to change a bit with some list maneuvering. Has there been any change to the rules regarding mid season draftees and contract length to avoid another Cody Hirst type scenario

Tyson Stengle about to be delisted next week and Wayne Milera will be going on the LTI if we see a prospect that's too good to pass on. So the Crows with 2 spots likely opening up.

Saints could have 3 come draft time.

Had 3 post national draft, added 2 players (Wood and Hunter) but then Robbo retirement and Paton's long term injury opens up 2 more spots.

Definitely. This list will definitely change between now and June.

Gen Patton is finished from all the available info. So we've got 1 space....just not announced as yet.

yeah I figure that will happen. I'm just going on officially right now. Clearly this list will change rapidly over the next few months.
