I decided to take a break from here after the SR and it just so happened to be Summer break in MotoGP so it was a blessing that I didn’t miss any races with my MotoGP family!

Raul Fernandez is moving up to MotoGP next year after just the one season in Moto2 - seemingly against his wishes. He will remain teammates with Remy, joining the Tech3 KTM team.

Wet circuit today. Torrential rain forecast for race time so fingers crossed we get some racing. Riders complaining it's a dangerous circuit in the wet.

Basically, KTM have seen the other manufacturers coming for Raul and (panicked?) decided to head them off at the pass before they could poach him. The danger with that being KTM's move could piss Raul off and lose his loyalty.
