I am sure a receiver has won Air before. Maybe they give it to QBs mainly if so many had great years, but if many didnt but some receivers had exceptional years they give it ??
No. And as far as I'm aware a receiver has never been names air player of the week so I find it hard to believe they will win the whole year

I followed GGs lead assuming he knew what he was talking about, thought air was an award for receivers and ground was an award for rbs. Will edit.
