The patriots are confusing me

1. spend a record amount on FA - don’t win a game at home after more than a third of the season

2. Have a qb they want apparently - but largely refuse to let him to throw/throw outside of the numbers. ( I am not sold on Mac he seems to have no awareness in the pocket - looks like he is going to get killed)

3. Making some weird coaching decisions on special teams - an area they largely excelled at for years

The game is seriously f**ked if they're gonna rule those as incompletions and not fumbles.

I reckon they should just make a black & white rule that any pass which doesn't cross the line of scrimmage is a live ball
