NFL 2021 NFL - Week 9

Reports Ruggs doing 150+ miles an hr before cash

And twice the legal limit.

Hope he gets the maximum. Makes you feel sick thinking about how the incident played out and puts life in perspective.

People commenting about how he will get a slap on the wrist etc. The NFL brand has enough issues at the moment, in other times you might expect them to assist in some way to lighten whatever the punishment will be. But right now it feels it would be best for them also if he did get the maximum penalty.

It's ok, he had alternative treatments to boost his antibodies in the off season.

"The quarterback had been petitioning with the NFL to have the “alternate treatment he underwent considered the same as someone who received one of the approved vaccinations”, according to ESPN.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Rodgers “received homoeopathic treatment from his personal doctor to raise his antibody levels.”

The NFL is reported to have deliberated about the request but declined it."

And twice the legal limit.
And the limit in Nevada is 0.08, so his BAC would have been at least 0.16 (i.e. 3 times what's allowed in Victoria)
Hope he gets the maximum.
Does anyone (except maybe murderers) get the maximum any more? I'd be guessing he's probably going to get something in the middle of the suggested range

I'm guessing the NFL's "deliberations" lasted less than a second after they stopped laughing at the suggestion that a homeopathic "treatment" be considered equal to a vaccine

Not these days....to clear court congestion DAs typically load up the charges and then have the defendant plead out a lesser charge.

Unfortunately not, hence the seemingly high rate of return offenders, particularly in some levels/areas of crime.

Just have to pick an item from the pre determined list of excuses to cut your time in half as well.

Rudy Washinhton, with whom Ruggs has a young daughter, suffered "serious" injuries and was rushed to hospital.

The nature of her injuries are currently unclear but police described them as non-life-threatening.

Thanks to Aaron Rodgers, plenty of NFL quarterbacks will be asked this week if they’ve had the COVID-19 vaccine. Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa confirmed that he has.

Unlike Rodgers, who claimed in August that he was “immunized” in an attempt to create the false impression that he got the vaccine, Tagovailoa confirmed he was vaccinated today without using any weasel words.
