And he said recently his rookie year was all a blur and hes looking forward to this year being able to actually understand more, etc, game slow down for him

Might be bad for him that he starts thinking.

Perhaps the most incredible thing about this card is that it's his rookie card, and there is nothing about it that looks even remotely different to how the same shot would look today (aside from the uniform obviously)

Im jumping on the TB12 diet ligestyle before its too late

Good luck, I don't doubt that you can embrace and stay on the diet, just not so convinced that you can find yourself a Gisele Bundchen.

But heres to trying. 🥂 🍾

NBC Sports' Peter King said he wouldn't be surprised if the Falcons traded Julio Jones with offseason.
Meanwhile, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Falcons "are at least toying with the idea of trading" Julio after receiving calls from multiple teams about a trade for the 32-year-old superstar wideout. King said the Falcons "don’t really want to trade" Julio -- a legend in Atlanta -- but his recent injury troubles and the team's salary cap crunch could necessitate such a move. Julio has a $23 million cap hit in 2021 and a $20 million hit the following two years. King mentioned the Raiders as a potential landing spot for Julio since head coach Jon Gruden can't resist veteran stars in the twilight of their careers. Receiver-needy teams like the Patriots, Titans, and Ravens could also inquire about a trade for Julio, King said. An NFL general manager told King that "building the roster has nothing to do with sentimentality for [Atlanta GM Terry Fontenot] and all to do with the current reality of the tight cap." Julio's departure from Atlanta's offense would open up the 20 percent of targets he commanded in his nine games last season -- only seven of which saw Julio at full health. Calvin Ridley, since the start of the 2019 season, has averaged 11.12 targets per game when Julio is sidelined -- about four more targets per game than when Julio is in Atlanta's lineup. Since 2019, Ridley has notched 38 more yards per game with Julio sidelined.

Cowboys LB Sean Lee announced his retirement.
A two-time Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro selection in 2016, Lee walks away with 995 career tackles, good for eighth in franchise history. He also holds the team record for most tackles (22) and solo tackles (17) in a single game (December 11, 2016). Oft-injured and absent for 58 games across 11 seasons in Dallas, Lee, 34, still defined hard-nosed defense as the unquestioned leader of that unit for a full decade.

Cardinals OT Marcus Gilbert announced his retirement.
Pittsburgh's second-round pick in the 2011 draft, Gilbert never played a single down with the Cardinals the past two years since injuries took their toll. He walks away with 4,628 career snaps across seven seasons with the Steelers, morphing his body in that time to slide over as an uber effective right tackle. The Cardinals will likely address his absence via the draft.
