I'm sketchy on this it was a few years back now but basically a young bloke went before a judge in Australia on Cocaine related charges his mother pleaded with the judge to show leniency stating he had fallen into bad company while in Australia and promised to take him and return tp Colombia to get his life back in order.

I went for a job the application was a ****ing nightmare. What is yhe ****ing point of entering your work experience etc in MANUALLY WHEN ITS ALL THERE IN THE ****ING RESUME

Like i get they want to weed out the non serious applicants but ffs. Typing out ALL your work history when its right thete in your resume.

I worked with a couple of Colombians at BP, working here to fund Uni courses.
Both very smart fellas (in fact, I'd say one of them was almost 50% as smart as he thought he was).
Both from large families, the deal being that they sent money home in order to finance the next brother's** English lessons so he could come and do his Uni course and so on, down the chain.
