I find it liberating going outside, but I am a regular visitor to Point Impossible beach so I’m not really the conservative type lol.

Actually this is really good, i think my sleep problems have gone. And i didn't have to take one sleeping tablet either

Yeah same. Im just more glad i dont have to take the pills i was prescribed. Less meds the better

Gotta agree with that - I prefer to not take meds or pain killers unless absolutely necessary

Yep.

I take 2 tablets per day. And panadol for headaches, except when I wake up with a really bad one. Ive got a prescription for that. Again havent had to take one of those yet, luckily.

I love the people still finding reasons to bitch even with the mask rules & others relaxing - there's complaints when things are introduced, complain if they aren't relaxed quick enough and now still finding reasons to complain
